Governance

I hated governance, and I still hate bad governance. However, over the recent years, my perspective on governance or guidance, as I instead call it, changed. Initially, I believed you only need passionate and talented enough people, and they will automatically work in the best intention of the organization and automatically create synergies if required. Nowadays, I think setting the correct boundaries or providing a framework in combination with a clear target is required to guide people to become more effective and efficient in the execution.

The lack of proper governance can harm an organization, while poor governance executed without context can be equally detrimental. Governance can help the leadership to effectively manage and control the growth of your organization in different areas.
